SEO

  • Hi, I love your theme and built a great website with it. However, I’m now looking at SEO improvement and struggling with the architecture of the homepage. For example, the services widget is integrated in h5 tags and I would like to change it. Same problem with the slider, which is not optimized for SEO. I’ve downloaded Yoast plugin but it can’t work well as far as the page is not optimized from the beginning. Have you planned to make some improvements regarding this issue or could you give me some advice to change tags in order to improve my SEO?

    Hello,

    We are planing to make some upgrades, but it’s hard to change the widget headings now, because lot of users already made some custom tweaks, which would be corrupted after updates.

    Thanks. I love your theme but the SEO on the homepage is a big problem. If I follow your design (slider + services + text) on the homepage, the firsts heading are the services and they are h5. How is it possible to get a clear structure keeping these widgets? I hope there’s a solution, otherwise I need to completely change my homepage design and this would be a pitty…

    Sorry, but at this moment this is an issue.
    If you want, you can improve content heading structure by changing body tags, there should change only font size. In next theme versions we will try to improve this.

    Hello,

    Body tags can be changed manually by editing PHP files, for example for slider you need to edit inc/widgets/sh-slider.php file.

    Our next theme version should be out soon, but there will be included other not SEO related improvements.
