Is this possible on WordPress?

Hello, I want to know if this what I’m trying to do with WordPress is feasible. I’m trying to make a website that serves as restaurant reservation host.

For users:
So you go on the website and you see a listing of all the restaurants available and you make your reservation.

For Restaurants:
You create and account and pay a subscription that lists your restaurant in the reservations page and gives you access to a control panel for handling your restaurant’s reservations.

Basically something like OpenTable but simpler. I’m playing around with the restaurant managing plugins and the paid memberships plugin, but I am lost when I try to bring them together and make a member have access to their own version of the restaurant manager plugin and have it listed on the main page. Any ideas on how I can achieve what I want?
