Bug in widget zone

    Hello,

    First I would like to congratulate the developper for this good Plugin
    I started using this plugin about months before and everythink was working perfectly.

    But after last updates, I discovered that when I access to Widgets setting, only part of screen appears. Displaying is broken at level of this plugin widget.

    When I disable the plugin, widget setting work correctly.
    I think there I installed the 3 older version (2.0.2, 2.0.1 and 2.0.0) but problem still the same.

    I’m using Pro WPZOOM Expedition template Version : 1.0.2 (updated).

    I’m at disposal to give more informations if needed.

    Thanks for the kind words. It sounds like there’s an error not showing based on your description. Please try as many of the following as possible and let me know the results:

    • Just to be sure, you’re talking about /wp-admin/widgets.php, right?
    • Enable WP_DEBUG and see if there’s an error. If so, copy and paste it back here.
    • Trying disabling all OTHER plugins. Does the issue remain?
    • Try enabling any of the default WordPress themes (Twenty ____). Does the issue remain?
    • Are you using any of the filters provided by the plugin? If so, which ones and how are you filtering them? (Please post code snippets on codepen/gist/etc.

    That will give us enough information to narrow down your issue.

    Have you been able to try any of the above means of troubleshooting or has the issue resolved itself? Please let me know. If I don’t hear back soon, I will mark this as resolved.

    I’m having this issue as well. I turned on WP_DEBUG and I’m not finding any errors.

    Feature page is the only plugin running. WordPress is running 4.2.3 or a custom theme using the SAGE/roots.io framework.

    The thing is that it works beautifully on my local environment, but not the staging environment. I can’t give you specifics about the staged environment, but I can try to dig them up.

    Hi @tikikitchen.

    Thanks for chiming in. Please open a new thread just in case this is a different issue and then let’s get started on figuring this out if we can.

    When you open the thread, can you add the following information:

    • Does the plugin work with Twenty Fifteen?
    • If you look in the page source of the Widgets screen, do you see any error messages at the end of the file?
    • I assume the page source ends unexpectedly. Can you please just copy/paste the last 10-15 lines into a gist or some other code snippet tool?
    • Can you send me a screenshot of the screen.
    • If you can give me a login on the staging site, that could be helpful (and mean you don’t need to do the previous three steps. You can find my email on my contact page. Please send any passwords via PWPush.com
