How to allow other admins to do superadmin functions in multisite?

  • I created a new admin. user in WP but it cannot see any of my multisites in the Dashboard, only the original admin can (which I guess is the superadmin).

    question: What is the easiest way to add a new user with privledges suffecient to allow multisite viewing and editing?

  • In the Network Admin menu, go to Users and find the account you want to upgrade to Super Admin. Click on the Edit link for that account. In the options for the user there should be a checkbox that says “Grant this user Super Admin privileges for the network”. Check it and save the update. If they’re logged in when you do this, they’ll need to log out and then log in again for the update to take effect.
