    Could you please provide a link to the page where you have the shortcode?

    I assume you’re composing new articles for the Knowledgebase under Knowledgebase > New New ?

    That happened to me too. I ended up Moving to Trash and then Permanently Deleting the page I had created called ‘/knowledgebase’ and then created a new page by the same name. Dropped the [knowledgebase] shortcode on the page and then they started appearing.

    Hi,

    The new version works even better with categories and is better able to handle single and multiple levels of categories of the knowledgebase. The previous one had a bug that missed out some posts within the main category.
