    Hi,
we are trying to make EU Cookie Law compatible with many cache plugins.

If you want the cache back you can open the file class-frontend.php and remove line 27: define('DONOTCACHEPAGE',1);. This is only a temporary workaround until we find a better solution…

Please let us know if the cache and the plugin block feature work without that line.

Your temporary workaround was fine, but with the just released 2.4.2 version I cannot find the line I need to remove, and Wordfence cache does not work anymore.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Marco,
it seems that we have the same problem than Davide.
We use Wordfence Security with Falcon option and in some websites it seems to work (but – question for Davide – how can I understand if Falcon is working or not?)
In another site, with a different theme, if the Falcon option is active the EU Cookie Law plugin doesn’t work properly (the bar is not in all the pages and the bar doesn’t disappear after scroll…)
    Thank you very much!

Answer for EnFi: from Wordfence/Performance Setup option click on “Get Cache Stats”: if you see an empty cache then Falcon Engine does not work.

    Bye

[Answer for Davide: thank you very much!! Really kind of you! So, Falcon Engine seems to work in most of our sites.
In the other site we mentioned, we have deactivated Falcon and now the Eu Cookie Law plugin works properly. Hope in a solution!]

    Thanks!

We’re working on a fix for cache plugins. Unfortunately, without going to full-javascript i think it will hard…
