Formatting

  • I love the look of ColorMag but am having a difficult time just getting started. How do I achieve the formatting shown on the demo, like the different columns, bringing in the images, etc.? Do I go into Appearance>Customize? Does the demo use Header and Background to incorporate some of the images shown? Right now I’m using WordPress’ Sandbox to play around with the look of this theme, but there’s a bug preventing me from going into Customize to see how to better play around with your theme.

    I’ve created 5 WordPress sites already so I’m not entirely a novice. However, I’m wondering if ColorMag requires more tech skills than I have. I don’t like to give up, so any direction you can provide me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    You can ignore this post. I answered most of it myself and have moved on to another issue. I’ll ask the new question in a separate post.
