How to change blog from ISO/IEC 8859 to UTF-8?

  • Hello everyone!

    I recently found out that my blog, Tecnobot.com, is formatted under the ISO/IEC 8859 standard. I have been told that the preferred encoding for websites is UTF-8.

    As a matter of fact, since there are accents in my blog because it’s in Spanish, Technorati does not display correctly those accents and I think it’s because it is not in UTF-8.

    How can I change the whole blog into UTF-8 encoding?
