Need help after upgrade to 3.9.3

Hi,
I had a calendar where customers could pick dates and then complete a basic form with their name and contact info, but since the update I get this on the page:[booking nummonths=3 startmonth=’2014-12′ options='{width=100%}’]
Instead of the calendar and form.
My knowledge is quite basic but was wondering if it was obvious what I need to change?
