Show last page correctly

Hello all!
I’d like to know please if there is some way to show the last page on PageNavi.
Ex: On this image you can see the actual PageNavi of my blog (first row). Today there is 17 pages but PageNavi shows 12.
The second row I’ve changed on photoshop the way i’d like to.
Is it possible?
