topbar menu cart not showing on mobile site

  • Hi all i am using virtue theme and have added topbar menu just for my cart, now i have turned topbar off for mobile site as it clashes with the menu for mobile, how do i get my cart to show up on mobile site without having the topbar menu active.

    or is there a way to push the menu down when topbar is active for mobile site
