• Hi, I’ve noticed that the ‘at a glance’ section within NexGen Gallery is showing that I have 82 images, whereas when I count the images I can see within my galleries I only have 28. This has come to light because I have tried backing up my website, to be told that some of the images have titles which are too long – the problem is I can’t locate said images. It’s possible that these are old images that I no longer use (although I’d be surprised if there were that many), in which case I would like to delete them, but I can’t locate them. I expected that by clicking on the number 82 it might take me to the images, but this doesn’t happen.
    Please can you help? (www.businessowl.co.uk)
    Many thanks in advance,
    Jen

@jennifercross – We are aware of an issue with discrepancies in the image counts but you are also experiencing an additional issue, as well. Please send us a Bug Report (https://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.

We may need log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation, please include those with your Bug Report, too.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
