    Hi,

    my order notes does not get saved in my order on WooCommerce. I am talking about the order notes the user writes on my shop, not at the PayPal checkout page.

    This is a huge problem for me, and I know that this has been discussed here earlier. Have you been able to look at this and report it to your developers? ??

    And finally, when does the next update arrive with the fixes?

    You can see here that the 1.1.6.3 milestone has all issues completed. We are in the process of going through some final thorough testing before we officially release it. Barring any unexpected issues during tested it should be released this week/weekend.

    I have somebody doing the testing (a few people actually) and then I also have a developer already working on the 1.1.6.4 milestone which includes an issue about fine-tuning order notes, so that will be resolved with that update.

    I’m sorry I don’t have better immediate news for you, but I do have people working on this full-time now, so you will see an improvement on the time it takes to get new updates released for bug fixes and feature improvements going forward.

    So what you are saying is that customer notes will be working in the next version of the plugin? ??

    Not at all, and I’m sorry for the issues you’re facing. WC has made quite a few changes in their latest updates that we’ve had trouble keeping up with, but we’re getting there.

    The 1.1.6.3 update should resolve the majority of the issues you’re facing yes, and then the 1.1.6.4 update after that will address the notes.
