How to change the Mail name

    You can change the name of the sending user and also specify a different email address for emails to be sourced from. There are two settings on the Email Users Settings page (Dashboard > Settings > Email Users):

    1. rom Sender Name Override
    2. From Sender Email Address Override

    That should solve your problem.
