    Hi there,

I’m getting a fatal error showing up in the error log that is blocking logged-in users from seeing anything. They’re all getting a blank white screen and have to reset their cache before anything shows up. All of them registered via this plugin.

This is the error that’s showing up in the log roughly every 15 minutes:

[15-Jun-2015 18:16:38 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function membership_perform_cron_processes_quarterhourly() on a non-object in /home1/badgerbo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/membership/app_old/membershipincludes/classes/membershipcron.php on line 138

What can I do to resolve this issue? Please help! Thanks!

    Hey there amasica,

Sorry to hear you’re having these issues ??

I don’t believe this error is related to any conflict but lets rule that out just to be sure.

Please try testing for conflict by using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

Additionally I’ve notified our developer for some feedback on this error and I’ll respond as soon as I have any additional information.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hi Bojan,

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I am unable to try out what you’re requesting, my site is highly trafficked right now and deactivating plugins would screw up a lot of things right now. I could probably put it on a test server to try, but I know the issue is arriving after people sign up for membership, pay via PayPal, and then come back to the site. Users who are just viewing the site as visitors have no issues. It’s only after they sign up and pay that the website goes blank for them.

I’m unfamiliar with the .php file that’s listed in the error log that I posted before, but it’s from your plugin. I never had this issue until I updated to your latest version, if that helps at all. Everything else about my site is completely up to date.

    Any other ideas?

    Hey again amasica,

Thanks for additional information, if you’re unable to test for conflicts then you’ll have to clone this site on your test server so we can test for conflicts just to be sure that some of the other plugins is not conflicting with it.

With that information we can investigate this further.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
