Previewing WordPress Site in .PHP

  • Hello,

    I am the admin on a website that has been built through Dreamweaver, but after discussion with some decision makers, I have encouraged them to leave the clunky Dreamweaver for WordPress.

    However, to ensure that there are no disruptions in accessing my current-Dreamweaver-built site, I am creating my WordPress site with .php.

    Unfortunately, everytime I want to preview my work on the WordPress site, I can only see my existing Dreamweaver-built-site.

    Is there a way to preview my WordPress site without creating any disruptions to my existing site?
