Make User fill out Contact Form 7 before they can comment

  • I may be trying to do something that I cant or not understanding what I am reading, or don’t know how to ask the question. I have been searching forms and google.

    What I want to do is have users have to fill out my Contact 7 Form to before they can leave a comment. Is this possilble? If so how?

  • Are you thinking of actual account holders (registered users) or site visitors? Comments can be set for registered users only, and I believe Cimy User Manager and Cimy Extra Fields (plugins) might serve in place of a contact form during registration. However, I do not think there is any way to keep a record of whether a specific visitor has used a contact form before being allowed to post a comment.
