500 errors after deactivating the plugin

I deactivated the plugin. Now I get 500 errors in Google webmaster tools for urls like
https://www.mydomain.pom/wp-content/plugins/post2pdf-converter/post2pdf-converter-pdf-maker.php?id=182I have 50 errors like that and the number is growing.
Any solution for this?
