• Hi,
I use the plugin Wp Job Manager.
The plugin allows the users to submit and edit their listings.
But, there is a problem in front-end, not the back-end.

In back-end, the broadcast works fine, for a admin like me.
When I edit and update, it’s ok.

In front-end, for a normal user, when I edit and update the post, it doesn’t broadcast with the child post.
The only solution actually, I must to click in the button “Update” in back-end, after a user updates the post in front-end.
It’s very hard to do this each time.

How can I solve this, please ?

    Thanks & Regards.

Is this front-end post editor standard in WP Jobs?

If so, then I suppose I could come up with a solution to coincide with the new API I’m releasing in the next version of Broadcast, which makes broadcasting / updating posts a snap (1 line of code).

Where can I download this Jobs plugin?

The plugin is here : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-job-manager/

I use a Premium theme for listings “places”, not for jobs, but both projects use the same plugin, the same functions. You can test with any theme.

The users can update with a form in front end, not only with front-end editor for the content/description.

When a user submit a new listing / job (front End), I need to approve the post. If its ok for me, I create the link with child post.

So, I prefer the broadcast works in front End, when a user updates their existing listing / job.
(only after I have created the broadcast link once in the back end with their child listing / job, with custom fields and/or taxonomies).

When are you releasing the API ? Its interesting.

    Thanks for help and Regards.

You approve it in the front-end also?

I would like to see how you have set things up. Could you send me some screenshots showing your workflow?

Planning to release it in the next version. I am busy testing it and would like other people to test it before release, also.

No, i must approve it in back-end. And I link with the child post.

After I approve and link with the child post, the user can edit and update the post in front-end. Now, I want to broadcast it, each times the user updates (front end).

I can give you some screenshot in email.

For your API, if I can help you to test, I am ok.

    Thanks for your answers.
Your plugin and your support are very useful for me ^^
    I like it.

I have now releases the first version of the API.

With it you should be able to update posts via code.
