Can't customize anything

  • Today when I tried to select a new theme and customize it, the customization page loads with the menu on the left but nothing else will work, it just loads with the icon spinning and nothing else happens. Does someone have any suggestions as to how to make it work?

  • Try temporarily deactivating all plugins in case one is conflicting with the theme. Does that enable the theme to load?
