Restored, but New Users are not showing up

    I restored my entire site to a version from Friday.

    It seemed to go smoothly.

    I added a new user, but they are not in the users list. If I try to add them again, it says they are already in. When I search for them by username or email, they do not come up in the search results.

    The display is not refreshing?? All caching is off.

    What can I do to resolve this?

    I have figured out that only 5 users were affected. I am assigning them new user IDs and assuming the previous ones are just lost.

    Good enough.
