    Telegram accidentally don’t send more messages to +98 numbers.
    I’ve tried to send manually but responded the flood error.

    But I tried UK phone number(+44) too and didn’t get any confirmation code again.

    P.S.: Try to visit notifygram by another IP from outside of Iran
