    Hi guys,
    thanks for your plugin: it is very well designed.
    I have some issues with it (v.1.1):
    1. the “banner text” is not supporting html tags (links, special chars etc). When i try to use html inside banner text the plugin stops working or has display issues.
    2. custom colors, as set on “banner setup” page, don’t apply to banner text.
    Can you help me, please?

    Some other things (sorry if I’m playing as bug finder):
    1. “Read More” button doesn’t display;
    2. “Custom css” textarea (it’s very useful!) should be resizable.

    Having some problems with blocking feature (opt-in). Does it really work? How to use custom scripts?

    Read more should work if you put placeholder as indicated under textarea and if you have selected a privacy page.

    Thank you. It works.
    But I have a new issue, upgrading to v-1.1.1.
    When I “turn on” the plugin (“Abilita Ginger”), the web site reply with a blank page. With debug node active I have this warning: DOMDocument::saveHTML() expects exactly 0 parameters, 1 given in /wp-content/plugins/ginger/front/gingerfront.utils.php on line 303

    Can you help me?

    Thanks for your bug report.
    I have released new version with the fix!
    I have tested the plugin with different php version and i don’t see any error in my console log.

    Hello, I’m trying to find the best solution for this inconvenient cookie law, and I’ve found that the 2 best plugins are Ginger and another one from a different company. The other one has more customizations but Ginger is more lightweight and have a faster loading time.

    If I can reduce the height of the banner I will choose Ginger. Could you please provide the CSS code to set the banner height?

    Hi, I’ve have many websites based on the Genesis framework. Right now I’m making my experiments on a testing website:

    If it’s possible I would like to know the code I have to put in the “custom css” Ginger field to reduce the height of the banner and to reduce the size of the button.

    You can try this 2 rules (but change values as you desire):

    .ginger_banner{padding:0px !important;}
.ginger_btn{padding:0px !important;}

    It works perfectly. Many thanks for your assistance
