Help finding theme

    Hello I am new to this and need some help. I need to find a directory based theme with the following:
    Nice looking
    Google map of US only not the whole world on there!
    Needs to have options for searching by state and city AND by category within those cities or states. (I hope that makes sense but I can explain more if it doesn’t)

    Forgive my ignorance and YES I have been searching – for days!!! I can’t seem to find what I need or I’m not looking in the right spot. I haven’t downloaded www.ads-software.com yet as I’m waiting to see if I can find the theme first. I currently have a site with wordpress.com for the time being.
