upgrade database round and round

  • let it be known that before posting i searched for every logical string of tags but i came up with nothing. so, here i am.

    when i point to the upgrade.php i get the database needs to be upgraded then i hit the link and it says that my database has been indeed upgraded but it takes me right back to “your database needs to be upgraded.” this error is on a constant loop.

    i disabled all plugins and resorted back to the default theme and no luck. i can deal with all the other errors i am getting but this one baffles me.
