"Add Media" button is broken.

    I don’t know what you did but your plugin has stopped me from being able to use the “Add Media” button on my WordPress site. I had to deactivate every single plugin and start activating them individually and your plugin, it turns out, is the offender. I have no idea how your plugin is affecting my ability to do other stuff on my site but it is. Please fix it. Thanks.

    @jonathanbowen – We have found the issue to be a naming conflict with another vendor’s code on your site.     I’m having this problem as well. I can no longer add images to my site when Optima Express is activated.

    Site uses Genesis with the AgentPress Pro Child Theme.

    Let me know what I can do to fix this. It was working fine a few weeks back.

    Hi iartisan,

    This might be a conflict with your theme or plugin. Can you provide a WordPress admin username and password to [email protected], so we can login and test this?
