I don’t know what you did but your plugin has stopped me from being able to use the “Add Media” button on my WordPress site. I had to deactivate every single plugin and start activating them individually and your plugin, it turns out, is the offender. I have no idea how your plugin is affecting my ability to do other stuff on my site but it is. Please fix it. Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan,

It looks like Mark was able to identify and resolve an issue within your theme. I’m glad to hear that you were able to get it working, and I’ve sent Marks findings to our engineers and product team for review as well.

    Thanks.

I’m having this problem as well. I can no longer add images to my site when Optima Express is activated.

Site uses Genesis with the AgentPress Pro Child Theme.

Let me know what I can do to fix this. It was working fine a few weeks back.

    Hi iartisan,

This might be a conflict with your theme or plugin. Can you provide a WordPress admin username and password to [email protected], so we can login and test this?
