Automatic pop-up feature?

Hello,

I’m looking for a social plugin that can be set for automatic pop-ups or fly-ins that can be triggered by timed delays. I’ve seen this feature in an eMail Opt-In Plugin (https://www.elegantthemes.com/plugins/bloom/) but this plugin doesn’t enable to sign up using social networking service such as Facebook, Twitter or Google+. So I’m looking for a social plugin but that has the feature of a pop-up display option. Does WordPress Social Plugin have such feature?
