• I have the Pinnacle theme installed with the WooCommerce plugin and the WPML suite of plugins activated. I have managed to translate pages, posts, products, categories, menus and that all appears to be working fine. It is switching between countries/languages/currencies in the pages, blog and shop and even sending the correct currency to PayPal! Woo! Going great guns and the theme is so easy to use. Great theme!

But. I’m having a problem with the static home page on the Pinnacle theme. I cannot find where/how to translate the slides in the Home Slider and the icons in the Home Icon Menu. Only on the home page, When a country is selected and a home icon menu is clicked it goes to the default country page rather than the selected country page. I need it to go to the selected country page with the language and currency set, like it does in the pages/blog/shop.

Can I do this in Pinnacle?
How do I set the translation settings for the Home Slider and Home Icon Menu on the static home page?

    Regards,
    Jules

    Hi Kadence themes,

I have translated the second and third icons on the home page by translating strings [pinnacle][icon_menu][1]link and [pinnacle][icon_menu][2]link, adding in the /eu_xx/ to the link in the string. The links on the second and third icon on the home page are now working fine.

I have translated string [pinnacle][icon_menu][0]link but this has not updated the link on the first icon on the home page.

Can you advise the Pinnacle string for the first icon link on the home page?

    Hey,
When using wpml it should be right in the string translations. You should see each item there and able to translate. The first item would be [pinnacle][icon_menu][0] but it shouldn’t require that you manually do it. Whenever I test it shows me in the string translations page each item and gives me options to translate.
