I crashed my WP site when moving it

in the process of moving it from its “hidden” position wp.akur.dk to the root akur.dk i messed it all up

What steps did you take and what specifically is “messed up”?

Basically you should check the permissions on the new folder where you moved the site.
Change all the settings relating to the new path into wp-config, also the screw up is more into the Db, where you should replace all the old references to the wp.akur.dk into the new address akur.dk.

To add on a bit to what @scieriro mentioned about replacing the old URL in your database – I usually use this tool for that https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/

Always make sure to back up first!
