Set sender name for incoming messages

In the configuration, I can set an individual FROM address. However, the sender’s name is still the one entered by the user. This is a little confusing sometimes. How can I make the plugin show a static sender name?

Let’s say Paul uses the contact form, the email I recieve is sent by:

FROM: “Paul” <[email protected]>

I tried to enter my own FROM name in the confirguration, but it is not accepted. I can only enter an address in the admin panel, no FROM name.

I’d expect a syntax like this in the configuration:

“My Contact Form” <[email protected]>

Can I change the FROM name somehow or can this feature be added, maybe?
