Selection CC, Bcc and Normal not avaible

    An other bug found.
    In the original script the Bcc is written as Cco.
    In that case no mail is send.
    I changed it to Bcc and the problem is solved.

    change to do:
    } elseif( $settings[‘mode’] == “cco”) {
    $components[‘additional_headers’] .= ‘Bcc: ‘ . implode( ‘, ‘,
