hide page menu links in widget sidebar

  • There is a menu on my widget sidebar that links to pages. How do I get rid of it? I only want my widgets in my sidebar. Please help! Thanks

    Home
    24 Hour Resourcees
    Shadow in the Mirror
    Who I Am

    I’d like to keep Reflections there
