Problem with faceted filtering

My categories are showing as facets correctly and for most of the options within the categories, the search works fine. However, sometimes, the search results are not showing for a particular field within a category. An example, is if you search for “sales”. There are 254 results returned. The filter results are listed below.

Logistics(1)Some of these categories work ok and some don’t within the “By Resume Category” type. For example, “data” displays 3 results when you click on it which is correct but “Sales & Business Development” shows none of the 147 results when clicked on (the message across the top becomes “Showing 1 to 0 results out of 0”) I’ve tried deleting and re-synching the index but that hasn’t worked.
Could you advise what I could try to do to resolve this? Thanks
