  • wp docs say ‘A page template can be applied to a single page, a page section, or a class of pages’.

    I want a page within a page’s < section> . Is this achieved with get_template_part ? And would wp generate/recognise the page within, as a page and therefore render the ‘current_page_item’ class correctly?

    My idea is to test the principle that a page within a page, built as a one page scrolling site, will correctly render the ‘current_page_item’ class of the one page nav links to in anchors points down the page.

    Anyone tried or know if it’s possible ?
