    Hi,

There was an error in 2.43.2, but it should be fixed in 2.43.3. If you’re on 2.43.3 and still having trouble, please email me with an example URL that shows the problem.

Sorry, i can’t leave the website without the map, but i assure you that 2.43.3 shows a blank frame, i tried twice to downgrade to 2.42.1 and then upgrade to 2.43.3, but it doesn’t work, i had to go back to 2.42.1

I am the same a giosfat. The issue is there with both 2.43.3 and 2.43.2 no map just a blank div where the map is to display. Must have the map so to reload 2.42.1 which correctly displays the map. Note the repository does not show a version 2.43 or 2.43.1 which are referenced in the readme.txt file. If they where available I would try them to see if the break happened between 2.43.1 and 2.43.2.

Hi, I’d like to help but there’s not much I can do without seeing it. If you’d like to send a URL or a login I’ll take a look.

One thing to try: deactivate all other plugins for a minute and switch to a standard theme (like 2015), then check the map again. This will rule out a conflict with another plugin/theme.

I moved the production site to a test environment. Turned off all plugins and upgraded to 2.43.3 and it still does not work. Please take this private and i will give you the URL and admin access to review / resolve.

Did you switch to a standard theme? Some themes, for example, don’t call wp_footer, or load obsolete versions of jQuery – see here for info on checking for those issues:

Thanks for the FAQ link. I have determined that there is a jQuery script issue in the theme as well as a plugin conflict with one of the other plugins. When I have the twentyfifteen theme active and all plugins turned off MapPress is working correctly. Will need to deal with these issues on my end.

Having the same issue. I’m not really tech savy enough to figure out the problem. Is there anywhere I can get my hands on the older versions 2.43.1 or 2.43.2? I already deleted the old plugin. I have not deleted the new version yet so it seems my maps are still saved.

Try checking the version of jquery that your theme is calling. Update it to 1.12.2 , that worked for me.
