WhatsApp Button doesnt show up on both PC and mobile

Hi there, thank you for this plugin. It seems lots of people are using it without issues. But i have installed it on two sites now and the behaviour is the same on both sites. From my sharing page, i have dragged the Whatsapp service to the enabled services but it doesnt show up on PC and on mobile.

This is an example of a post where it is supposed to show up. I see the signs that it should be there, but the actual button does not show up.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
