    It’s not clear from your description what item you are referring to.?

    Use Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools to examine the HTML and CSS of your CF7 form in detail to find the relevant item.

    Could be following:
    <div class="wpcf7-response-output wpcf7-display-none wpcf7-mail-sent-ok" style="display: block;" role="alert">???

    In that case you are probably looking for class wpcf7-mail-sent-ok.??
