Poll Options showing incorrect content

I’ve created multiple polls which include html img tags along with names for the photos for the answers.

Some of my visitors are reporting some of the images are showing up with incorrect names for the poll answers even though the options that are having issues are all saved correctly in the admin and database.

There is no caching involved and the post the polls are on is a brand new post visitors are seeing for the first time so there would be no way for them to have cached the images/polls and I know I didn’t place incorrect images in the options and then resave so that couldn’t be it either.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

I was using a WP 3.2 branch I believe and WP-Polls 2.63 but have since updated all so I’m unsure if the updates could have fixed it or not.

I am unable to reproduce any of the issues being reported on any device I check it on so I’m at a loss and pulling my hair out.

I’ve also contacted the hosting company to see if any server caching is being used – and there isn’t. And they are reporting no outages or server issues for the domain.
