    Hi Everyone,

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer me. I’m currently working on a news site. The effect I’m trying to accomplish is being able to vary the thumbnail and post title size of each post to differentiate between more and and less important news on the front page which displays my recent posts (e.g: Post #3 on the front page was set to highest importance so it has the largest heading size and thumbnail, where as post #2 on the front page was marked as being lower priority so it has a smaller size thumbnail and headline). Thanks again, and I look forward to your answers.

  • consider using custom fields to add the ‘importance’ level to a post, then possibly use those custom fields to add specific CSS classes to the post.

What a great suggestion. Thanks for the simple fix. Do you know of any good plugins out there that might help me to save the “settings” of each CSS class so I could instruct the user to just click a box or select a value as opposed to having to copy/paste pieces of code for every post?
