Add-ons tab blank

Can you check your web server error log? It looks like PHP is not able to connect to the remote server to download the file.

Have same issue with blank page for add-ons tab settings. Have also 2 empty tab after add-ons. Nothing happens when I press on these 2.

Are using any of our premium add-ons?

No I don’t see any error message related to that in my www-error.log file. I’m using simplz hosting on Gandi.

I don’t either see any error on my host one.com. I have asked your support team to send me your latest version of Default filters as it now doesn’t work at all and as no data appears on settings for add-ons I cant do so much right now.

For User Overview I have latest version 2.3 but regardless I assume I should get settings for them. I have earlier reported that Default filter settings was only working when I navigate directly to access log but now its not working here either.

So I hope for a soon fix + latest version of Default filters will be solved also.

I checked the version for Default filters after latest upgrade of slimstat and now I have the latest 1.2.1 so both are the latest ?? but still no data for settings of addons appears.

@psn: we were able to reproduce the issue with both add-ons. An update for both of them, which fixes this bug, is going to be released in the next few hours.

@marcovito: what add-ons are YOU using?

What about the issue of the blank “add-ons” tab? Were you able to reproduce it?

Oh, in that case it’s a bug that will be addressed in the next update ??
