There was a bit of an issue that came up with HHVM. We’ve managed to fix it, so it’ll be working in the next update that we’re hoping to release soon. Essentially the problem was that we introduced a PHP function that doesn’t work properly with HHVM.

In the mean time, if you roll back to version 2.0.7, it’s working with HHVM https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/siteorigin-panels/developers/

I cloned your develop branch and now it’s work perfectly ??
