  • Hello,

I have the same problem. Maybe Jetpack “add a new service” supports only external url’s / services?

Hopefully someone figures this out, it would be a very nice addition!

The problem is that “sharing url” is saved with http(s).

%post_full_url% contains also http(s). So the result is:

    https://https://<domainname>/<article-slug>/?format=pdf

    And this is not working.

Solution could be that Jetpack added apply_filters to the source code or add a new variable “%post_slug%” so that this service can be used.

    Hi,

I use the post to WP PDF enhanced by Lewis Rosenthal and by trial and error, I’ve managed to add it PDF output to the sharebar. So maybe this works with some plugins.

Jetpack doesn’t include a “%post_slug%” variable right now, but until we add one you could use this little plugin I just created:
    https://i.wpne.ws/cCu2

It will add a new “PDF” option to the list of available services in Settings > Sharing.

Let me know how it goes!
