form not sending

Hi,

i have 4 or 5 forms throughout my site and all send without a problem

one form however just will not send – it always comes up with the failed to send message.

however, the form is used on another site in the exact code and works perfectly

does anyone have any idea why?

for some reason it will not send on the new website?

any ideas why not people?
