Upgrade Failure from 2.2 to 2.3

  • Followed instructions exactly. Trying to run upgrade.php yelds Mac Safari error:

    Safari can’t open the page.
    Safari can’t open the page “https://www.mauimanakai.com/activities/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Factivities%2Fwp-admin%2F” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection, which sometimes occurs when the server is busy. You might be able to open the page later.

    URL changes to: https://www.mauimanakai.com/activities/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Factivities%2Fwp-admin%2F

    Attempting to access admin login redirects to same page.

    Tried deleting all plug-ins, reloading all files no luck.
