    Hi!

    I have few questions about the plugin.

    1. Which role should i assign to a employee?
    2. How do the employee check in and out?
    3. When the employees clicks on the shift(View Shift Details) they get a default message

    Kunde inte hittas

    Det verkar inte som n?got kunde hittas f?r den h?r platsen. Testa en s?kning kanske?

    The page could not be found

    4. If i want to change the size of the table where in the CSS code do i have to change?

    Hi, Asharidu!

    1. Employees should have the “employee” user role. If you have any employees who need access to the WordPress dashboard (for instance, if you want them to be able to create shifts), you should give them the “administrator” role.

    2. When an employee is viewing a shift that is assigned to them, and when that shift is today, they will see a clock in button. After they click that, they will see a clock out button.

    3. To fix that error message, go to Settings –> Permalinks and click “save.”

    4. The answer to this depends on your theme. Can you send me a link to your site so I can take a look?

    Thanks!
    Morgan.

    I’m assuming you want to make the table wider? Something like this will work:

    #post-XXX .entry-content {
    width: 96%;
    max-width: 1000px;
    }

    Replace the “XXX” with the ID number of the page the schedule is on. I think yours is #post-15.

    just purchased the pro version.. how do u connect multiple employees to a shift

    By definition, a shift can only have one employee. Each shift stores information such as the employee’s clock-in and clock-out time and location, and each employee is going to clock in and out at different times. So you can only assign one employee to a shift. If you have several employees who are doing the same job at the same time, they each get a separate shift. In the pro version, the bulk shift creator makes it easy to create multiple shifts at once.

    Does that make sense?

    Hi Morgan, so to confirm the above query, when I purchase the Pro version, we will be able to add multiple employees to one single shift? I will be using the feature to add 5-10 patrollers into a single shift of 7pm-12am on the specific day. Will the Bulk shift creator work for that?

    Thanks

    Hi, Hercules,

    The plugin is designed so that by definition, each shift has one employee. So if you have 5 employees who are going to be doing the same job at the same time, you need to create 5 separate shifts for them. However, the Bulk Shift creator in the Pro version makes it really easy to create 5 (or even 500) shifts at once.

    Thanks!
    Morgan.

    Hi Morgan

    Thanks

    When I activated 2015 theme, it corrected itself, what does that mean? Will I not be able to use your plugin with this theme?

    Let me know.

    Thanks

    2) does it only calculate at the end of week

    Steve – the payroll report should calculate any time. Do you mind going to my website at https://wpalchemists.com/contact and sending me login information for your site so I can take a look?
