Thanks for the details Jay. I was able to get it working on our end, so that makes me think it’s one of a few problems. Can you try to:

• Test with a shorter message in the More info field and please type the text instead of copy and paste. Sometimes some bad characters end up in there from places like Microsoft Word that we can’t see.
• If the More Info field isn’t it, I’d recommend deleting and retyping the text for each field by hand. Like I said, some bad characters may end up in there.
• Add content in the Description field for your first three donation amounts.

Thanks. Got it working. I eliminated one of the options at a time and got it to work.

I manually typed the Razoo ID, Shortened the Title, Shortened the Summary and added text to the donation fields, leaving the MORE INFO the only one left.

I deleted all the text in MORE INFO and it worked, so I played around with it a while and couldn’t get it to consistently replicate. At one point, it seemed like a text length problem or a pasting text problem. Sometimes I could paste text in and sometimes I couldn’t. Sometimes it seemed to have about a 700 character limit, and sometimes it was in the 300 character limit. Not quite sure of the deal. Maybe I’ll play with it more later.

I am a Visual Basic Programmer and not that familiar with the code behind WordPress, but maybe if you can put a text field size limiter that would be a solution to part of the problem.

becomes this something weird, but can’t paste it into here.

It says

“scholarsh (ampersand)amp;hips and activities” I replaced the ampersand with brackets and ampersand because when i past it it changes it to HTML.
