I have been using the WPP plugin on my site for a long time now and just today it stopped showing on my site. I went into the admin setting to see if there was anything going on and it looks like the only stats that are being calculated right now are the “all time” stats. There is nothing showing in the “last 24 hours”, “last 7 days”, or “last 30 days”

Any ideas what could be happening here? Has anyone else experienced this before?

    Thanks

    Hi there!

Did you change anything on your site recently (eg. plugins upgrades, WordPress update, new theme, etc)?

I probably did some plugin upgrades recently (I can;t remember what site I did this with) but no theme upgrades.

This sounds like WPP hasn’t been able to track your site for at least the past 30 days or so.

Please share your site’s URL so I can take a look.

It was working just fine until today though. I was showing the popular posts for the last 30 days so I am guessing those stats were there before, but I cannot be for sure since I do not look there very often.

    URL is faithinthenews(.)com

    Thanks for the help.

It seems that somehow your site’s database has been corrupted (or at least the wp_popularpostssummary table is). WordPress is reporting that that table “is marked as crashed and should be repaired” (screenshot).

Please contact your host and ask them to repair it for you (or, if you’re feeling adventurous, follow these instructions).

Oh, thanks for that. They were able to get it back up and running.

    Thanks for the quick help.

No problem. Glad to know you were able to sort it out!
