AddToAny gets counts directly from each service’s official API, so issues with counts are nearly always a site issue, or caused by filtering (ad blockers, etc.) you have enabled on your own browser/device/connection.

Point to your site so folks here can help you troubleshoot.

It’s an issue between Facebook and your site. It’s possible that Facebook’s scraper couldn’t reach your site’s pages for whatever reason (i.e. site was down, or a Facebook glitch).

Troubleshoot further with Facebook’s URL debugger:
    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/

“Fetch new scrape information” will force Facebook to re-scrape a URL.

I had my counters set to zero after installing a plugin that adds twitter/facebook/google cards data as meta tags. This happened without changing any of the URLs.
