Does wordpress have this capability?

Here is a problem…If there are a few (static)wordpress pages within a website such as listed here. Each of these pages have varying content. But, the admin need to be able specify which users have access to each specific page within the site.

Example of pages: Page [list of subscribers]
site.com/page100.php [[email protected],[email protected]]
site.com/page200.php [[email protected]]
site.com/page300.php
site.com/page400.php [[email protected],[email protected]]
site.com/page500.php [[email protected]]
site.com/page600.php [[email protected]]

Example of users:
[email protected] (subscriber)
[email protected] (subscriber)
[email protected] (subscriber)
[email protected] (subscriber)

What is the best way to have this done? Does wordpress have this capability? Basically, the ability for admin to specify user access only to specific pages within a website?
