How to divide a page in columns with cursors?

Looking at the source for that page, the have a division for the left hand column that has this CSS:

height: 100%;
overflow-y:auto;

I want to put the text in one block and the gallery in another one.
Can you tell me exactly how to do it? I’m kinda novice.

Okay sorry, it sounded like that was another example website that you wanted.
As it appears you’re using a commercial theme, I recommend you ask your theme author the best way to do this: https://www.elmastudio.de

Alternatively you could try some plugins out: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/column-shortcodes/

Then use CSS to make them scroll.
